Catrice Bohemia Collection for November and December 2011: Pics & Prices

catrice bohemia collection for november december

We saw some permanent products from Catrice arrive in stores in September but I'll have to admit it's really the limited edition stuff that piques my interest the most. I'm not quite sure how this budget brand manages to whizz out so many collections of decent quality and packaging when much pricier brands struggle, but hey, we're very glad they do.

While Bohemia doesn't have the immediate visual appeal of the Papagena collection, there are nice subtle shades and wearable colours here, so it'll actually probably find a lot more favour with you lot when you actually go and browse for it in Dunnes and Penneys stores. Again, Catrice has embellished the packaging, which is a nice touch, and nothing is over €4.49. And hey - who doesn't appreciate that?

Look for the Bohemia collection from November, by the way, and here's what'll be landing:

catrice bohemia bronzer

Definition Bronzer, €4.49, has a fine amount of shimmer apparently. Might be best kept for an all-over glow as opposed to contouring in that case but it'll be worth checking out on stand at that price regardless.

Four Absolute Eye Colour Monos for €3.29 will make up the offering too. Shimmers are the finish on offer and Catrice's shadow singles are good quality if the ones I have are anything to go by. Shades'll be C01 My Home Is My Sand Castle, C02 Yes, You Tan!,
C03 Bring me Terra Copper!, C04 – Be Indiglow!

catrice bohemia collection nail polishes

Next up, nails! One of the things we love the most from this brand, it manages to dupe far pricer offerings admirably and that feller, far left, looks like it might be a nice retake on Chanel's Particuliere, but with some extra added golden shimmer. These'll be a hugely pricey €2.79 each (how shall we ever manage it, eh?) and the colours are C01 Yes, You Tan, C02 Bring me Terra Copper!, C03 Looking Sunkissed, C04 Be Indiglow!

catrice bohemia collection lipglosses

For lips there are four Lip Glosses for €4.29 in C01 My Home Is My Sand Castle, C02 Yes, You Tan!, C03 Bring me Terra Copper!, C04 – Looking Sunkissed. What, no blue!?

This is another interesting little bit - and we've seen similar - and far pricier - from Smashbox recently. It's Loose Powder Eyeliner, it's €3.99 and it comes in two shades, C01 Be Indiglow!, C02 Nap In The Shade. Basically, while I haven't seen these in the flesh yet, you can use these yokeys two ways - as a diffused soft line across the lashline (great if you don't love sharp liner flicks or you're unsteady of hand) or blend out across the lid as shadow.

And that, my lovelies, is it from the Bohemia collection. Has anything in particular caught your fancy? I reckon the Loose Powder Eyeliners could come in handy and a couple of the less warm neutral shadow shades could be nice basics too.
