Badger Yourself to Sleep

badgerI'm not such a hot sleeper sometimes, which is sooo frustrating. I love my sleep! I tend to go through phases where I'll find it very hard to switch off and settle down to get my zeds. I'll lie awake for hours thinking of all the things I need to do the next day, and I know I'm not alone. I've tried so many different things over the years - Valerian tea, Kalms, natural this and organic that, having a warm bath before bedtime - the works. None of them help that much, and as we all know, it's very hard to be beaut.ieful when you're worn out and knackered looking.

My problem isn't lack of tiredness, it's an inability to switch off, so I sat up when I read about this little fella. It's called Badger Sleep Balm and it's a dinky little tin of sleep-promotin' goodness that's recommended for promoting restful sleep. And just look at that sweet snoozy badger on the pot! I'd buy it for the cuteness factor alone.

You dab it on to your pulse points and temples at bedtime and it'll help to relax and clear your mind, sending you happily off into the land of nod. It can also be safely used on babies because it only contains pure, organic ingredients, and it's good for jetlag as well.

All this must cost a fortune, surely? Nope! It's about €6 from lovelula.com. It's actually out of stock at the mo but you can register your interest and they'll let you know when they have it back in - I'll definitely be buying.
