We're over half-way through January, so what better time to start making a wish list for the moment pay day arrives? And guess what? We've found a new collection that's both pretty and practical to get you started!
So far, 2017 is shaping up to be a colourful year in the world of beauty, with Clinique first out of the gates with their cutesy Crayola collaboration and now Clarins, who are set to launch the Tender Moments collection this coming February. In keeping with a lot of their seasonal releases, Tender Moments is about quality over quantity offering up a compact collection of four products that are easy to use and fuss free.
To start, there's the new Lovely Lip Balm (€14), which we're all currently obsessed with in Beaut HQ thanks to the addictive peach taste (it is seriously yum). Aside from the taste, plus points for this lip balm include the fact it genuinely hydrates and conditions lips, rather than just making them look nice. The tube is adorned with kisses and little hearts (adorable!) making it a perfect me-treat in the run up to Valentines Day too.
Next up from the Tender Moments Collection are the new Skin Illusion Blushers (€20) which come in three shades: Luminous Pink, Luminous Coral and Golden Havana. All three are powder blushers that have a subtle sheen to them, helping to give skin a more radiant, healthy appearance rather than anything garish or disco.

The design of the packaging makes the Skin Illusion Blushers extra easy to use and apply as the main product is housed in the lid and a sponge applicator twists off from the base; it's basically a case of blend and go. The pigment isn't too strong but can be built up if you wanted, something that will come as good news for anyone who is a bit afraid of blusher or wants to avoid any Aunt Sally moments.
