More budget beauty, Ladies. This time Revlon, who are increasingly impressing me with innovative new products, have this fabulous little cosmetic wonder on offer. It's a limited edition, and it's called Sugar Sugar.Â
And what does it do, pray tell? Available in 5 pretty pastel shades, this wunder-dust is used over lipstick for a sparkly frosting that's just divine. They say the "sugary, iridescent pearl powder topcoat decorates lips with a crystal-cut faceted effect".

It's been on sale in the States for quite a while for $15, so I'd imagine it'll cost something similar here. The Boots site isn't listing it at present, but  it's been across all the mags, so I'd imagine it'll be available now, or pretty shortly anyway.
