Beaut.ie reader Juliette wrote us a great piece a while ago about the best places to go beauty bargain hunting in New York. She's back in Ireland now though, and is on the hunt for similar bargains here.
"In NY no-one is snobby about finding a bargain, and I'm a divil for one myself; but has anyone tried out the Chinese and/or Polish hair salons; I'm intrigued!!!", is what she's asked us to find out for her.
Well no, no I haven't as it goes, but a mate of mine used to get her hair done in a Philippino place on Capel Street and it always looked amazing - because Asian hair is different (er, something to do with the hair shaft and the way the hair is structured) the treatments are different. And they can be brilliant for annoying, frizzbomb Irish hair too. Oh - and I forgot, really decently priced.
