- The name beaut.ie is actually a clever auld yoke, so clever in fact, that most people don't see it - we intended the name of the site to be pronounced 'beautie', or indeed, beauty if you want to spell it all proper. And because the Irish domain suffix is .ie, we got all smart, and built it into the name - hence beaut.ie. But we do know a lot of people refer to the site as beaut, or beaut dot ie too, and all those are grand too.

- Another popular misconception - beaut.ie is a hobby, and not a full time job. We have one of those each, as well. Poor us!
- Much and all as she'd like to you think differently, Aphrodite is older than me. Tee hee!
