It's no secret I'm a big liquid liner fan. I love the stuff and have tried and tested many and various down through the years, with varying degrees of success.
But I recently got one in a colour I hadn't seen before - a Makeup Factory liquid eye liner in a really unusual dark silver / pewter shade - the shade number is 16. It's a very dark grey with a metallic lustre, and l was immediately taken by it. I found it easy to use, but it does have a thin brush as opposed to a felt pen style nib, so you do need a steady hand to get an even application. I don't actually have a particularly steady hand myself, but I'm a veteran of liquid liner so I didn't find this to be an issue for me - I'm pretty well practiced at this stage! And it looks great - not as harsh as a black liner, and the thin brush makes it a cinch to draw a very thin line right above the lashline, which looks glam - remember Elle's gorgeous eyeliner in Legally Blonde 2? It's very like that.

It's great for day wear and also glam enough for evening, plus the packaging will look good in your makeup bag - always an important consideration!
