When I saw Amy's ensemble at Wimbledon, I did scrunch my eyes and wonder where I'd seen it before. You see, Team Beaut are quite obsessed with Folkster, a fashion trove with stores in both Dublin and Kilkenny, and we fight gladiator-style when a new piece comes in that we all want. I think half my wages are spent on their online store but don't tell anyone.
And it seems like we are going to have to involve Amy in our fashion arm wrestling competitions because her Wimbledon outfit costs under €100 and comes from that very store.
The flower lace top is out of stock but Folkster have ordered more and with a price tag of €44.95, they are sure to fly out the door. They also come in black and the high neck long sleeves are a welcome change to the usual summer styles. And the black eyelet skirt will set you back €45 and it has a slight A-line cut to it.
And I know how comfy the flower lace top is, I wore it (with a black column Folkster skirt and Maria Mare ankle boots) for a chat with the lovely Jared Bailey of Benefit earlier this year (you can check out that interview here).
Are you a fan of lace tops we see dominating the high street this summer? Will boho luxe ever go out of fashion? I say no, and I'll arm wrestle anyone who says otherwise.
