Isn't this just the finest? House of Fraser Dundrum is one of my top handbag-purchasing destinations (I always admire at Mulberry but tend to leave with Mimco) and its beauty hall is a thing of joy and wonder too (not to mention, oh, everything else in stock). This week, the store celebrates its Beauty Confidential 'Pink' event, which is in aid of the NBCRI (National Breast Cancer Research Institute). Really worthy, I think you'll agree.
The Beauty Confidential 'Pink' event takes place tomorrow, Thursday 23rd, in-store at the cosmetics hall on Level 1. Kicking off at 6pm and going until 9pm, there'll be lots happening during the evening including live music and entertainment, make-up master classes, gifts with purchase and prize draws. Look out for Beaut.ie's pal and Sindo beauty ed Triona McCarthy who'll be taking care of judging proceedings as a host of well-known Irish celebs get made over for charity too.
Tickets to the event cost just €10 (call 01 299 1400 or buy in-store) and each ticket holder will also get entry into a prize draw and a 'Pink' drink. All funds raised through ticket sales will go to the National Breast Cancer Research Institute.
