Off on holliers and positively dreading it? One of the best chances you have to look good in a two-piece could come courtesy of Dr Howard Murad. A skin-whizz, I had the chance to meet him last year and get into the nitty gritty of one of his favourite skin issues, cellulite.
It's not a fat problem, he says, but rather a problem with the skin. Weak cell walls leak fluid leading to lumps and bumps, and he's got a whole routine to help you solve it, from nutritional supplements (he really believes beauty comes from within) as well as topical products to massage in and smooth on.
