Salva has just gotten hold of the elusive No 7 Protect and Perfect serum, and it just struck her that she doesn't know how you're supposed to use it! She's wondering "are serums to be used like creams? Or do you, for instance, apply them with a cotton pad"?

Nope, serums are for use under your moisturiser. So cleanse as normal, and then apply a small amount of serum with your fingers - you don't need to use much because they're quite concentrated. Then apply your regular moisturising product on top and you're good to go.
