Kendall cried, Kylie cried, basically everyone was crying. Except Kim, obviously.

Caitlyn Jenner was honoured with the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the 2015 ESPYs last night, and took to the stage to make an emotional and powerful speech about both her own personal journey and the journeys of transgender people all around the world.

It was Jenner's first major public appearance since she announcing she is transgender, and so Caitlyn began by talking about the high-pressure situations and challenges she had a habit of putting herself in over the years as an Olympian and athlete before comparing it to her most recent experiences with her transition, describing them as having "been harder on me than anything I could have imagined".

Jenner received a well-deserved standing ovation during her speech which made more than one person get emotional, so have the tissues ready.

It's a long one, but it's well worth the watch.
