Your wedding just got elevated with Virtual Reality Weddings

Virtual Reality Weddings has arrived in Ireland and if you want to relive your wedding over and over (and over and over and over) again, this is THE way to do it.

Virtual reality has reached the masses. I should know; I sprained my thumb on Christmas Day jumping back too fast when in a cage a mile under the sea with a shark coming right for me. I was also in my own living room at the same time, trying out my brother's VR headset. It's not quite the same as Virtual Reality Weddings, but it was really cool and I can only imagine how amazing it would be for a bride - oh, yeah, and the groom - after their wedding.

Basically something straight out of Star Trek, virtual reality is a 360-degree, 3D video that virtually places you directly into a scenario. The beauty of Virtual Weddings Ireland is that you can re-experience your Big Day, but with extra dimensions. You will be able to witness reactions you might have missed on the day and see the wedding from a different viewpoint.

How it works is pretty straightforward. VR Weddings provides you with a virtual reality headset containing the best moments from your wedding. They say, "For many couples, this immersive video transports them back to their wedding day in a way that standard video can’t, allowing them to relive how they felt in that moment."

There are various packages to choose from to suit various budgets, but the basic package provides a videographer to capture all pre-agreed events of the day, from early morning to late evening.

Apparently, VR Weddings is already a big thing in the UK and the States, but VR Weddings is the first service of its kind in Ireland. The Irish company says, "the reaction from the bride when they place the headset on is priceless. It’s the closest you can possibly get to re-experiencing the best parts of the wedding day."
