Tara Palmer-Tomkinson has passed away at the age of 45.
The former television presenter and socialite had been diagnosed with a brain tumour in January of last year and had kept the illness a secret. It was confirmed that an ambulance was called to her apartment earlier today and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained by police, and have said that they are not treating it as suspicious.
