Dr Hauschka says: don't exfoliate

It's time to discuss another Dr Hauschka rule methinks. Timely, because myself and my Dr H mad friend have just taken delivery of a big box of goodies.

The first step was: don't use night cream. So I'm going to try it (gulp), I got a months supply of rhythmic night conditioner... I'll tell you how I get on.

So that's the no night cream rule taken care of then. And along with everything else I just HAD to buy, the no bank balance rule taken care of for another month anyway...

Still, it's nearly payday.
Now onto the next of the seven steps to perfect skin the Dr Hauschka way: don't exfoliate.

I don't know about you, but I love exfoliating. Skin feels so clean and smooth afterwards. "Areas of congestion" are unclogged and look much better.

But the gurus at Dr Hauschka insist "stop scrubbing, your skin is not the bathroom floor". You can damage your skin by overcleansing or using harsh scrubs. Dr Hauschka products will remove oil, dirt and makeup without disturbing the skin's delicate acid mantle - the balance of oil and water on it's surface which makes up its natural defence.

The Dr Hauschka 'press and roll' cleansing method gently removes dirt and oil - minimizing signs of ageing and promising a radient complexion.

So guess what? I'm going to try this out too! But in the meantime - anyone try this and love it? Anyone try this and hate it? Let me know!
