Last night saw the final Beaut.ie book event and it took place at the gorgeously-refurbished Arnotts beauty hall in the Henry street store. It was pretty much pink perfection: staff had covered Aisling's signing table with pink oil-cloth, a cerise chair was called into play from the upstairs Conran shop concession and pink pens and Iced Caramels completed the theme - Iced Caramels which random men kept sidling up to and scoffing!
We had drinkies for the gals in the (very long) queue courtesy of West Coast Cooler, ace makeup looks were demoed by artists from Make Up For Ever, the goody bags were LEGENDARY but the best bit was we got to meet even more of you gals who breathe the commenting life-blood into the blog each and every day. We love to meet you and we hope you all enjoyed the evening.
We'd like to say a huge big thanks to the staff at Arnotts who made the event possible, West Coast Cooler who kept us topped up with fizz, Make Up For Ever for doing such a sterling job and of course you guys, without whom none of this would be possible.
