Add a few capfuls to your bath or just apply it to damp skin after a shower. It soaks in quite quickly so there shouldn't be a time lag until you can put your clothes on. Do leave it a few minutes though and use this time to do pilates or a similar self improving regime. Or you can just brush your teeth.

You will smell like a bar of chocolate for ages - I was getting seriously weird looks in Tesco when I couldn't stop smelling my arms. I know this might get a bit sickening after a while and is the reason that some of you don't use the original any more - but at the moment I'm loving it.
A bottle of this would normally cost around €7.30 - but I got it at half price. Score! I think it might be because they're changing the packaging - so if you're thinking of purchasing do it now!
