Dublin gets its very own pop-up Cadbury Creme Egg cafe

Remember, they're here for a good time, not a long time.

Green-eyed Irish Cadbury Creme Egg lovers were frothing at the mouth at the news that London was getting its own Cadbury Creme Egg café this spring but today their dreams and desires are becoming a reality with the news that Dublin is getting a pop-up Creme Egg café too.

Serving "a blend of cracking Creme Egg inspired treats, quirky entertainment plus egg-sciting special guest performers", the café will be set up in Locks 6 Café on the Canal Road in Dublin 6 from Tuesday 16th February until Saturday 20th February, with different sittings, as well as limited walk-ins available daily including:

Lunchtime sittings from 12pm – 1pm and 1pm – 2pm

Evening sitting from 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Saturday brunch sittings from 12.00pm – 1.30pm and 2.00pm – 3.30pm

If you want to reserve your free seat you can do so here, but you'd want to move fast because this is the type of chocolatey gooey deliciousness that sells out fast.

As for what to expect, this is what Londoners got in their café, so we can only hope that Cadbury Ireland will match it and then some.
