Trinity Students Discuss Marriage Equality With Their Nanas & Gramps

The marriage equality referendum is coming up on May 22nd, and students who are campaigning for a yes vote in Trinity have come up with a great viral video that encourages people to get talking about the issue.

The video focuses around a number of students who ring their granny (hence the hashtag #RingYourGranny) to talk to them about the referendum, ask them if they think they and people in their age group would be voting, and whether or not they'd be likely to vote yes.

Emotions are running pretty high at points in the video, so you might want to have a tissue on hand just in case. Not that we cried or anything, we just had a load of onions for breakfast, that's all.
