Garnier's UltraLift Roll-On: not lifting, apparently!

Aphrodite's post about Sculptra a few weeks ago has left me a bit freaked out about facial sagging. I think it was the mention of jowls that did me in. The word itself just sends shivers down my spine! So I sat up and paid rapt attention when an ad for Garnier's new UltraLift Pro-X Lifting Anti-Wrinkle Roll-On [what a mouthful!] appeared on the tellybox the other night. Specially designed to massage, tone and hydrate the skin on the face and neck, it looked to me like just the ticket to stave off the threat of *whispers* jowls.

However, I've just had a goo at their website and there's a wee note at the bottom of the product page that says: "UltraLift has been developed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and make the skin feel firmer; it has not been proven to lift or firm the skin."
