Around this time of year, I always start to become a teeny tiny bit obsessive about preparing meself for The Summer. It's a fairly labour-intensive process as all the exfoliating, moisturising, plucking, scrubbing, shaving, sloughing, tanning and waxing that I've neglected for the last 6 months finally catches up to me.
To ease myself into things, I've been trying out a spa-inspired exfoliating and moisturising foot polish. Proto-Col's Instant Pedicure contains Dead Sea Salts as well as lovely-sounding things like Swiss Alps lavender (ooh, posh) and capsicum to ease aches and pains, evening primrose oil to moisturise and soothe, and tea tree oil and lemongrass to refresh feet and also counteract any, er, perspiration pong.
You basically just whack a bit on, massage it in for 60 seconds, and rinse it off. Bada-bing, bada-boom: totally transformed trotters with a minimum of effort. Poifect preparation for all the summery footwear we'll hopefully be sporting in a couple of weeks!
