The post on Monday about the new Green Beauty Bible prompted chat about the confusion that often reigns when the whole 'natural' or 'eco-friendly' area of beauty gets mentioned. There's no hard and fast legislation here, and product claiming to be natural can have only 1% naturally derived ingredients, and still get to title itself so. It's hardly fair to the consumer, not to mention confusing.
So that's one reason we like Irish seaweed brand Voya so much. No messin' with these guys, just as many pure and organically-derived ingredients as they can manage get packed into their chemical-free products.
Seaweed itself is incredibly moisturising, so I'm only delira to see it used in one of my fave products - Handy to Have handcream. This scrumptious version also contains tons of fragrant organic oils and vitamin e, so it's super-nourishing.
