12 Days of Detox: You Are What You Eat

Saba

One of the best ways to get your body back to normal after the party season is to feed it the right sort of foods. With that in mind, Saba, Dublin's buzzy Thai and Vietnamese restaurant, has introduced two new soups.

Tom Yum and Tom Kha are the most popular soups in Thailand and Thai people believe they have many health benefits like an immune-boosting power as a natural remedy for cold and flu viruses.  There's definitely something to it: the soups are currently under scientific study in Thailand to prove just that. Oh - and did I forget to mention that they're also very low in calories? And sure Jaysis, we like that sort of thing.

Head Saba-wards for lunch, where you can snap up a soup with prawn, chicken or beef,  plus a rice and a ginger tea from €7.95. And what do you know? We have lunch for TWO people to give away! If that wasn't pretty darn deadly on its own, we also have THREE hampers worth €50 so you can try Thai cooking at home.  Check after the cut for info on how to win.

Saba opens from 12pm till late, seven days a week and is located on 26-28 Clarendon Street, Dublin 2.  For bookings Tel: +353-1-6792000 or log onto www.sabadublin.com
