Dehydrated skin can strike at any time of the year. Which is why we love these face masks that help revive and plump skin quickly and effectively.
If your complexion is looking a little flaky and dull lately then it might be time to give it a little boost of hydration with a good face mask. Dehydration can happen any time of year, whether the sun is shining or the central heating is on full blast. And as we live in Ireland, it's more than possible that both of those things could be happening simultaneously on any given day!
Face masks are a great way to give your skin a little nudge in the right direction without having to change up your entire skin care routine. And the ones designed for treating dehydrated skin suit just about any skin type from oily to dry. We've chosen three of our favourites which will help to revive and plump skin quickly so it's looking fresh again in no time.
La Roche Posay Hydraphase Mask €17.35
Dehydrated, sensitised skin is never fun. But thankfully La Roche Posay is there to lend a helping hand. We love the no frills Hydraphase because it does what it says on the tin, delivering hydration to thirsty skin.
Peter Thomas Roth Blue Marine Algae Mask Intense Hydrating Treatment €60.95*
A bit spendy, but we think it's worth it. The Blue Marine Algae Mask Intense Hydrating Treatment by Peter Thomas Roth is (you guessed it) jam packed with skin nourishing marine algae. The refreshing gel face mask works wonders on dehydrated skin to bring back its healthy glow. On top of that, it plumps out fine lines and helps skin to retain water for longer to give it a more youthful appearance. *€60.95 via lookfantastic.com.
Garnier Moisture Bomb Tissue Mask €2.10
If it's quick results at an affordable price that you want, then look no further than Garnier Moisture Bomb Sheet Masks. After just 10 minutes of wear, dehydrated skin is left looking visibly smoother and hydrated. The results are admittedly a bit more cosmetic with this mask so won't last as long as they do with our other two picks. But sometimes, a quick fix is all you need!
