Eyeliner styles may come in and out of fashion. Here are some of the latest styles to start practising.

Eyeliner styles have always changed with the times. From the heavy lids of Egyptian Pharos to Twiggy style 60s eyes to smudged out 90s grunge. It's amazing how many different ways you can define eyes, isn't it?

This season eyeliner has been revamped again. From sharp geometric shapes to feline flicks, there's plenty of inspiration out there. So, whether you're a fan of pens, gels or pencils, here are the eyeliner styles you'll want to start trying immediately.

This season it's a case of the bigger, the better when it comes to wings. The trick is to map out the shape before filling in to find that fine line between what looks good, and when it all goes a little Amy Winehouse.

Delicate Definition

Sometimes, keeping it simple is the way to go. Here the liner is applied into the top waterline, and then lightly smudged through the lashes. It gives definition, without looking too makeup-y.

This 80s inspired eye from the Louis Vuitton show is perfect for a night out. We love how the eyeliner blends seamlessly into the eyeshadow to create a lifting effect.

Colour

Not all eyeliner styles have to be black or brown. Give your look a little added punch with a bright eyeliner to change things up.
