Isn't there a saying that you can never change a man so don't even try?
Well that saying pretty obviously pre dates plastic surgery, botox and teeth whitening because it's clear to all of us that you CAN change a man now, and given enough money and determination you can form him into whatever you like. As though he were made of play dough.
We've seen some pretty spectacular man makeovers lately. Shane Warne has been fashioned into a melted Ken Doll by Liz Hurley (has anyone checked that suspiciously smooth bump under his trousers?), while Jennifer Anniston has had rather a more successful time with Justin Theroux.
And the latest, most stunning transformation is that of Alec Baldwin. I've been meaning to post up this picture of him since I saw it because it's quite literally amazing. His twenty something wife Hilaria Thomas (yes her name does unfortunately sound like a willy with a line in standup comedy) has completely transformed him.

The clock has literally turned back for Baldwin. Gone is his surplus 30 Rock poundage, gone is his grizzly white beard and his aul fella hairdo has been replaced with a mussed up do. His ties have been replaced with an oh so casual scarf to instantly give him a younger look. The Incredible Hulk stylee temper tantrums and rages are legendary, so there's also a distinct possibility that he's had to cut down on the booze to transform so radically - so maybe he's a nicer person to be around too?
Hilaria has made the man over good. He looks twenty years younger (at least, he's mid fifties) than he did pre Hilaria.
