We knew that the idea of a hologram of the late Whitney Houston sounded strange in theory, but it's even weirder in reality.
Footage recorded for the upcoming finale of the current series of The Voice US has leaked online, which shows Christina Aguilera duetting with Houston's hologram.
Apparently, Houston's estate decreed that the footage not be used because they weren't happy with it, so it has been pulled from the final broadcast, due to air on Monday. ET report that they had a problem with the technology and that it didn't look enough like Houston for transmission.
Nevertheless, thanks to the power of the Internet, you can watch Aguilera singing 'I Have Nothing' before introducing 'Houston', as they sing 'I'm Every Woman' together below:
