Like it or not, exercise is something you have to do to keep in tip top condition. While I consider my walk to and from work good enough, it really isn't (well, not if I want arms like Jennifer Aniston, which I do).
Since January, I've been threatening to join the gym that's literally two minutes away from my house, but I can't bring myself to, especially when I see all of the sprightly fit people going in, in their flashy gym gear.
Our resident fitness expert, Fiona, gave a brilliant at-home workout routine earlier today, but there are definitely alternatives to using machines and pumping iron. If you're not a gym bunny, how do you like to work out?
