Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just had their third child via surrogate – and it’s a girl!
According to TMZ, the healthy baby girl weighed 7lbs 6oz and there’s no news of a name just yet.
Kim and Kanye used a surrogate because she has a life-threatening condition called placenta accrete. It created serious complications during the birth of her second child, Saint, who is now aged two.
The surrogate reportedly lives in the San Diego area, though it's unclear if she gave birth there or at Cedars-Sinai in L.A., where the couple's other two children, the eldest of whom is North, age 4, were born.
Kim confirmed the news herself via Twitter.

And she released a statement that read: "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl. We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one can give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister. Love, Kim Kardashian West"
