That awks moment when Starbucks thinks Helen Hunt is Jodie Foster

Starbucks' struggle with getting people's names wrong has been well documented at this point but there's always room for a new story especially when it involves two Oscar winners.

Helen Hunt's most recent excursion to the caffeine mega franchise is definitely up there with our favourite Starbucks name gaffes.

Yep. Not only did they get the name wrong, they got the person wrong. You've got to love the confidence of the barista to be able to wink and say "We gotcha."

Starbucks replied to Hunt's tweet with an apology and a reference to her most famous film role but, really, it was weak.

Now if they'd owned the mistake and referenced a Jodie Foster movie instead? That we could get behind.
