French government are offering free make-up lessons to jobless women

Would you participate in a government scheme to get you looking gorgeous as you job hunted? The French are doing just that: the country's main employment agency is trialling sessions where out-of-work women are given grooming tips and advice to help them look the professional part during their job hunt.
