Spiced Avocado Face Mask

This one is great for dry skin as avocado and coconut oil are very nourishing while nutmeg will help to firm the skin.

If you have sensitive skin be careful with this mask as nutmeg can be harsh on the skin.

Ingredients

Half an avocado

Half a tablespoon of coconut oil

Half a teaspoon of nutmeg

One teaspoon of cinnamon

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and apply to face using a flat foundation brush.

Leave on the skin for 15 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

 

Nutmeg & Cinnamon Face Mask

Cinnamon is a great natural exfoliant while nutmeg, as mentioned above, will help firm the skin and honey is good for acne, eczema and anti-ageing.

If you have sensitive skin be careful with this mask as nutmeg can be harsh on the skin.

One tablespoon of honey

A quarter teaspoon of cinnamon

A quarter teaspoon of nutmeg

Turmeric and Lemon Face Mask

This mask is good for anti-ageing, brightening and reducing inflammation. Turmeric is naturally high in anti-oxidants while lemon is great for treating acne and helps increase collagen.

Ingredients

A quarter teaspoon of  turmeric powder

Two tablespoons of flour or cornstarch

A few drops of honey

A quarter cup of plain yoghurt and a few drops of lemon juice.

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and apply to face using a flat foundation brush.

Leave on the skin for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

 

Apple Face Mask

There are a number of benefits to using apple on the skin. Some of these include hydration, reduces dark circles and puffiness and improves your overall complexion.
