Powder is a necessity if you wear any sort of cream or liquid foundation. Yes, even if you have dry skin, even if you hate a matte finish, even if you are all for dewy skin - powder is always necessary. You need to set liquid foundation or it will end up settling in all the cracks, lines and pores on your face.
