Please don't think any less of me if I admit that the inspiration for this post came to me as I sniffed my own hair. Smelling deliciously of ripe, juicy pears, MOP Pear Detangler is a godsend to me on days when I'm in too much of a hurry to spend time rinsing conditioner out. Easy as anything to use, I spritz it liberally onto my hair after shampooing, comb through, et voilà - perfectly detangled hair, with no residue to weigh it down.
Pear Detangler (and the accompanying shampoo) are designed for kids, but the detangler works perfectly on my hair. I don't colour it and it's in fairly good condition, so I find using a conditioner every time I wash isn't really necessary. My hair is long and does get quite tangled, however, but Pear Detangler leaves it knot-free and easy to comb through and blowdry. Oh yeah, and smelling delightful too....

It isn't too easy to track down - Debenhams and Harvey Nichols both sell MOP in Ireland, but I haven't seen this product there recently - but it is available online from lookfantastic.com and hqhair, where it will cost around €14.
