Adele, On The Big Screen? Yeah, We Can See It . . .

In your slightly bizarre celeb news story for the day, it's been reported that Adele might be appearing in a new movie, together with Kit Harington (yep, that's Game of Thrones' Jon Snow), which will be directed by the man behind Adele's comeback video for 'Hello'.

French-Canadian director Xavier Dolan's new film will be called The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan and already stars Harington, Jessica Chastain, Kathy Bates and Susan Sarandon. So where does Adele come in?

Well, she's currently in talks with the director to appear in the flick according to Deadline, which may actually not be too unlikely considering Adele recently told London's KISS FM, "I'm sure I'll get some flak for this but I actually would like to act." Adding that she thinks Dolan is "truly, truly amazing" and that his movies are "incredible."

"I would be in a film for him, definitely," she said.

Remember the good old days of old Hollywood when performers were multi-tasking work horsies? Singing and dancing and prancing all over the place. Maybe Adele is heralding a New Old Hollywood era, hmm?
