Staying in Tonight? Here's What The Late Late Has in Store For You...

Sure it's only on for about five hours of a Friday night so you're bound to tune in at some point - therefore here's what's in store.

Firstly, we have Oliver Callan (aka the RTE version of Mario Rosenstock) taking to the set to perform an array of voices fuelled by the recent budget. Expect lots of political lingo, a Joan Burton impression, and a Michael Noonan impression, and lots of cutaways of Tubridy giggling along politely.

In other "found him in the RTE canteen" fodder, Joe Duffy will make an appearance on the show at some point.

Also on the bill, we have Paul Williams and Mairead Lavery from the Irish Farmer's Journal highlighting the increase in crime among rural communities.

Lieutenant Commander Daniel Wall, captain of the  LÉ Niamh, will appear alongside Lt Shane Mulcahy of the LÉ Eithne to discuss the refugee crisis and the harrowing work they've undertaken saving countless people trying to cross the Mediterranean from war torn countries.

And last, but not least, we'll have light relief in the form of comedian Lenny Henry, while Jamie Lawson and Ladyva will provide the mewzack. Here's the latter putting Jools Holland to shame... imagining the Late Late Show audience clapping along to this should get you in the mood!
