This US government office building in Las Cruces, New Mexico, as discovered by CBS Evening News, have come up with a novel way to let their employees chill out when they need to after setting up a 'kitten library'. The system allows people to sign out kittens who they take in from local shelters for an hour, which sounds like just enough time to have all your cares melted away.
