TV3 Favourite To Leave The Station After 16 Years

Well we will be sorry to see this lady go, she brightened up many a morning over the years alongside Martin King on TV3.

Sybil Mulcahy has decided to take redundancy from TV3 after sixteen years with the station, choosing to spend more time with her three children instead. Never fear though Sybil fans! She will be staying on with them on a freelance basis and won't be leaving until after her new show Life has finished, which will run for five weeks.

Sybil joined the channel back in 1999 and has since worked across TV3 on everything from Xpose to The Morning Show. TV3 have said of her departure; "After 16 years as a full time presenter with TV3, Sybil has decided she’d prefer to work on a freelance basis.

"Sybil is a much loved presenter at TV3 and viewers favourite and will continue to work across a number of projects at the station, in particular a brand new show called ‘Life’ starting on Friday 20 February."
