Although we might think that Santa is a bit of a cod and taking kids to see him at shopping centres is a waste, there are sometimes beautiful little moments like this.
This video shows a little girl who can't hear Santa all that well, so quick-thinker that he is, begins to sign with her.
You can see her face light up when Santa starts talking to her using BSL.
