Wellness and lifestyle have become a huge trend in the last few years, and with that, a new type of YouTuber has emerged. Here are the 4 wellness and lifestyle YouTubers you need to start watching:

1. Rowena Tsai

Rowena is a New-York based YouTuber who makes videos about productivity, self-care, work/life balance and much more.

She shares lots of practical and helpful self-improvement advice, but she does not claim to be perfect herself.

Rowena is very honest about her own imperfections and aspects of her life that she wants to improve which she shares in her videos in an incredibly endearing and entertaining way.

2. Lucy Wyndham-Read

Lucy is a personal trainer with a difference. She has over 25 years of experience as a trainer and this really shows in her videos.

She creates very easy to follow, effective workout videos that usually require no special equipment, although sometimes a chair or a wall might be needed.

Throughout all of her videos, Lucy talks about how fitness is not only good for your body but also your mind, actively reminding her viewers that it's not all about the numbers and fitting into a small dress but about how you feel.

Her workouts are tough but also very fun. As someone who doesn't love working out, I always look forward to doing her workouts and my fitness level has definitely improved since finding her YouTube Channel.
