When I was on my J1 in the States (too many years ago at this stage) I remember my boss at the shoe shop I worked in telling me "Honey, no one can wear white past Labour Day". But realistically if we look at the catwalk then this idea is not going to stand.
Now, I also remember my mum telling me when I was young that my shiny white runners looked a bit ridiculous on a bitterly cold Winter's day. So with conflicting opinions, and despite the catwalks telling us it's ok, is winter white really ok?
