Oh I'm a bit of a wan for sparkly lipgloss. Love it.
So I got myself one of these new kids on the block last week, during a little splurge at the Chanel counter. (More on that story later.)
This gloss glittered and sparkled under the store lights and I ooohed and aahed when I tried out the shades on my hand. And there's a big range of shades which is great. Making my decision, I hurried out of the shop and liberally lipglossed myself at every opportunity.
Chanel say the 'gel texture imparts a shimmery, ultra-glossy look. New shades add extra sparkle and shine. A water-resistant formula gives extremely long-lasting wear.'

And by god you can even watch a video to show you how to apply it properly. In case you weren't sure how to put on lipgloss like.
My verdict? It's nice. But hell, nice doesn't do it for me. The YSL Touche Brilliance is still my favourite sparkletastic lipgloss for daytime. And for full on night time va va voom glitter, it still has to be DiorKiss.

UPDATE: Right I was out last night at a party wearing said gloss. And I've changed my mind about it. It makes your lips feel really moisturised and soft. It does last AGES. Possibly it's just too subtle and sophisticated for the likes of me.
