Laydee in red... dancing with me... cheek to cheek... Etc

With these immortal words Chrisde assured his presence at every wedding afters, debs, slow set and other cheesy muzak opportunity throughout the globe for all of time.

But listen closely. For there is a truth embedded in his lyrics apparently. When you thought he was just being a sexist twit who barely knew the laydee by his side - although she was his wife of many years - it turns out he was just giving voice to a biologically determined male trait.

Which is not noticing a woman as attractive until she wears red. Silly Mrs de Burgh. All she needed to do was simply wear a red dress early and often and Chrisde woulda never strayed.

The survey finished thus: "Gay men and colour blind men were excluded from the study."
