Sneak Peek! New Offerings from Space NK's Oskia and My Currents Favs from the Range

Oskia is a relatively new brand to Ireland. It hit our shores recently along with our lovely new Space NK store, where it can be found. I first encountered the brand when the magical Caroline Hirons recommended their Renaissance cleansing gel.

And last night, I popped down to Space NK to meet Oskia's founder Georgie Cleeve to have a chat about the brand. I was delighted to find that Oskia have their own factory in Wales. This means that they go in search of the ingredients they want to include in the products and then formulate them at home.

A lot of brands have products commercially produced for them, so they choose their ingredients from a very long list of options and those products are then externally manufactured.

Oskia has won 29 awards in its four year lifespan, which is damn impressive and I think my love for this range is just going to grow. The small range of products is effective and endlessly lovely. The products are naturally based, including very high quality ingredients and only natural perfumes.

The whole Oskia range is lovely. The attention to detail is palpable from the ingredients to the scents and textures. I've been using the Renaissance Cleanser every morning for about four months now, and I really love it.

The brand has two new offerings at which I got a peek at last night (and of course I'll give a thorough review once I get my mitts on a bottle to trial).

Oskia's latest releases are their Super 16 Collagen Super Serum and their Restoration Oil. I'm itching yo try them - both look very promising indeed.

I was also very charmed by their Skin Smoothing Massage Candle in Rose de Mai. It would make a brilliant two-for-one Christmas present for skincare and candle lovers. The candle itself is made with a combination of oils and beeswax, so you can light it and massage the oil into face and body while enjoying the lovely scent. It's on my Christmas list for sure!
