GROSS: Flylashes Probably Not the Next Big Thing

GROSS: Flylashes Probably Not the Next Big Thing

Sugar and spice and all things nice is what little girls are made of, or at least what we have lullabyed at us, and little boys? Oh, they're a hybrid of snips and snails and puppy-dogs tails, and they are exactly what I thought of when I saw this gross beauty 'invention', as Tweeted by @UrbanDecay411 the other night.

Less beauty must-have and more art-posturing statement, False Fly Lashes are pretty much exactly what they say they are, and the invention of artist Jessica Harrison. But don't worry, lashes made from the luxe legs of dead flies will not be making their way to a salon near you soon. Er, we hope.

A pic of some fly leg-adorned peepers is safely contained after the cut. Do NOT click if you're not fond of gickky things, I'm warning you!
