5 steps toâ€¦ the 15 minute before bed beaut.ie bath
This one's all about moisturising and pampering, cleansing and exfoliating. You'll sleep like a log afterwards and wake up in the morning positively glowing. And it doesn't take long (but of course it can take as long as you want)!
1. Make sure the bathroom is nice and warm. Run the bath and pour in a generous amount of your favourite bath oil.
2. Dry body brush. Start off at the soles of your feet and work your way up with long sweeping strokes, brushing in the direction of your heart. Great for the circulation.
3. Cleanse your face and plaster on your favourite face mask.
4. Relax and unwind in the warm water. Kneel up in the bath and exfoliate all over with a good body scrub.
5. Pat yourself dry. Use a generous layer of body lotion - donâ€™t forget your feet. Rinse off the face mask and apply night cream and eye cream. Sleep tight!
