Get Relaxed With Bath Oil

Aphrodite's post about her current sleepless state on Monday sparked a raft of comments. There are loads of things you can do to try to combat insomnia, and one of them is to be as relaxed as possible when you hit the hay. A way of doing that is to take a warm bath with a calming oil blend. Relaxing is the name of the game here - don't pour half a bottle of anything zesty in there - unless, of course, you'd like to stay awake all night.

So look for blends with lavender, chamomile, geranium and sandlewood, as all help to promote relaxation and calm.
