Make up Factory is a well known German cosmetics brand that has just launched in Ireland. Hurrah! Even more opportunities to cover myself in lovely new slap! They're launching with a splash too - take a look at a couple of the items from their Winter collection below:

The aim of Make Up Factory is to provide classic, elegant shades with modern appeal - so it's actually not dissimilar to the ethos of the Laura Mercier brand. You won't find screamingly high fashion shades like you would with Smashbox or MAC, but you will get eye colours in gorgeous subtle taupes, aqua blues, earthy greens and sophisticated plummy shades, and soft and pretty lip colours in subtle pearl hues with shimmering effects. This range will give you the tools to create glamorous day time looks and add sparkle to your night time makeup. Oh, we like sparkle at beaut.ie!
And what else do we like? We like nice packaging and nice prices! And this brand has both - frosted glass and shiny chrome feature in the product packaging, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable too. You'll pay €13.50 for a blusher, €18 for an eyeshadow quattro, mascara is €13.50, gloss lipstick comes in at €11.50 and foundation will set you back €24. Not bad prices for products favoured by makeup artists, eh?
