Meet Marcel. He's makeup artist and makeup creator par excellence Francois Nars' dog, and as a result, he knows a lot about beauty - and hey, a little about style too. So he's been called into play by the brand to explain some Narsissims ahead of the Pro-Prime launch. In truth, I think this canine knows more about cosmetics than I do.
