Celeb Style at THE Hottest Spot in London - Chiltern Firehouse. Have They All Lost their Sartorial Minds?

In case you happen to be in London town, and fancy sloping up to the doors of the only place celebrities seem to eat these days, you may want to have a gander at the type of threads they're wearing.

Then again, considering Sadie Frost happily sidled up to the entrance in a basically a pair of white baggy knickers (if you squint hard enough, you can see them), it doesn't seem to matter about the clothes on the body, more the body in the clothes...

I mean, they let Amber LeBon in wearing a rather questionable purple number and entrance was permitted to Lady Victoria Hervey's 'tin crotch' (lucky individual on wrist band checking detail, see below...), I mean, they'll really let anyone in sporting anything.

Should you require further proof, here's Philip Salon really putting said theory to the test in a half-gnawed couch cushion.

The man hasn't even got shoes on and he got in... We're not suggesting a similar get up will gain you entry, more reinforcing that you've no chance getting in unless you are a celeb.

But if you do happen to be a celeb, it would appear that anything goes. Cara Delevigne bared her belly (and we can confirm that it not furry like her eyebrows), while Princess Beatrice came as Princess Grace.

Director JJ Abrams usually keeps it casual, which makes sense given he's there nearly every night (he's been photographed leaving the premises five times in the last week), while the likes of Naomi CampbellIrina Shayk, Suki WaterhouseAaron PaulDaisy Lowe, and Rita Ora pull out all the stops.

None of them can do magic tricks though, unlike Boris Becker. He managed to make his wife turn into Tamara Beckwith during a recent visit on July 3rd.

Our personal favourite to date, however, has to be Stephen Fry rocking up in a slogan t-shirt while astride a mobility scooter with an 'I heart Dogging' sticker. Hands down the classiest guy ever to darken their door.

Anything catch your eye for reasons either good or bad? Can anyone tell me what actually happens inside? Is it permanently fancy dress night in there? Ah, that must be it….
